Weighed myself Monday 256 pounds. Proud to say I haven't cheated since the last debacle. Disappointed I only lost 4 pounds last week, but happy I'm losing again. My main focus will be getting myself back in ketosis. I've had a heck of a time since New Years.
There's really not a lot to say. I've been staying keto in my diet, working my way up to another water fast or bone broth fast. I'll post some updates soon.
